I had a crown come off, exposing an extremely sensitive tooth. Dental assistant was excellent, with great communication and care, as was Dr Rubenstein, who was very empathetic to my pain. He explained everything and took great care to ensure I was comfortable during the whole repair procedure. I am always apprehensive when visiting a dentist, due to a few bad experiences with previous dentists, but the staff here are exceptional with how they treat their patients. I have to say, this was probably the best dental experience I've had so far.

Dr. Ludlow was very through explaining everything. He was very knowledgeable about my mouth. He took his time and made me feel comfortable. Thank you for your patience. I will be referring another patient with an ortho problem.

Dr Ludlow is the best dentist I’ve ever experienced. His office is run efficiently and thorough. He has a dentist’s touch that can’t be taught. He has the ability to calm me before a major dental extraction. Excellent reviews only.

I had a horrible dental accident in my 20s that resulted in major surgery. I've been terrified of dentists ever since. Dr. Ludlow was very understanding and compassionate about my terror of dentists. His staff was very sweet and I feel that I will be able to set my fears aside and put my trust into his service. More dentists should model their staff after his.
